Ocadia is my fourth in a series of AdSense converted WordPress theme. Like the other themes I converted, Blix, Connections and Almost Spring, it uses 3 blended Google AdSense units per page
WordPress Ocadia theme with Google AdSense Ads
The screenshot below is the home page of Edo Blog which was used to test the theme. You can see the top AdSense ad units and the menu ad unit in the screenshot, the final AdSense unit is located at the bottom of the page (336×280 rectangle unit).
All archive type pages use the same ad units and placement.
The second Ocadia screenshot shows a single post, this is where single blog posts are displayed. You can see the three ad units. One at the top within the content, one on the menu and the third at the bottom to catch users who might leave your site after reading a post.

Download Ocadia with AdSense WordPress Theme
Unzip and edit the file adsense.php within the /ocadia-adsense-02/ directory to include your Google AdSense code (read the readme.txt file for more details). Upload, select theme “Ocadia AdSense 02″ and you are done.

nice work again there dave. i have a query though, how do you make the pictures clickable into a larger one? thanks
To make the click-able images I upload two sets of the images (one small and one big) using a FTP program then add the code you see if you view source to reference them.
I don’t like the WordPress way to add images, so do it that way (manually). Also not sure if I’ve messed up my version of WordPress (pretty sure I haven’t)but when I try to have an image that links to another image (like the links above) using the WordPress editor I find the closing </a> is missing!!
I looked at the WordPress code associated with this and it seems to be an oversight by the developers. I didn’t find a solution to the problem wince the same code also adds images that also aren’t links to a post. If I fix the missing closing </a> it then adds a </a> to the end of all images!

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You !! Words cant thank you enuf for what you have done. What you have created could be a life saver to people like me who wanted so much in earning $$ tru adsense but having soooo much problem inputing their ad code themselves. God Bless!

Incidently, following on my last comment, may i ask why the font on my sidebar ie. the categories, archives, blogroll & so forth kind of big? Or was it my doing!?

Looks like you’ve added a large font or something to this post-

Which is messing with the entire template on the home page. If you view other post pages you;ll see the menu etc… is fine.
Looks like you’ve added an extra H2 start header (code to make big text :-)), look in the post edit page for the post “Whose fault is it?” and near the top you are looking for-
h2 id=”post-21″ />
(right before “Lately i’ve been”)
If you don’t see that you’ll have to click edit HTML version of the post (there’s a button on the post editor thingy).
Delete the H2 bit (all of it) and save post and it should fix the problem.
